According to Klopotenko, malai is like a delicate cheese casserole, but with the only difference, it is prepared on corn flour, which has a different structure, so it tastes in a new way.

Ingredients:

  • Corn flour: 200 g
  • Sour milk cheese: 300-350 g
  • Eggs: 6 pcs< /li>
  • Sugar: 250 g
  • Sour cream: 250 g
  • Lemon juice: 1 tsp. (to taste)

Method of preparation:

1. Beat the egg yolks with sugar until smooth, then add the grated cheese through a sieve.

2. Pour in sour cream, pour corn flour and add a small amount of lemon juice.

3. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly and leave for 35-40 minutes.

4. After that, carefully introduce the foam from the whipped proteins into the mass, mix and put it in a form previously greased with oil and sprinkled with corn flour or breadcrumbs.

5. Bake in a hot oven at a temperature of 200°C for about 40 minutes.
