Ukraine is ready to share with the countries of Latin America and the Caribbean its experience in the field of security, the latest digital technologies and scientific research.

This was announced by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmytro Kuleba during a video address to the 54th session of the General Assembly of the Organization of American States.

According to him, Ukraine is ready to help South American states digitize governance, banking, and the provision of public services for citizens. In addition, Kuleba in particular emphasized Ukraine's significant capabilities in Antarctic research, in particular with the use of the research icebreaker “Noosphere”.

At the same time, for the development of cooperation in all these areas, the restoration of just peace and respect for international law is critical. We must achieve this by joint efforts,” — summed up the head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
