NATO informed that Ukraine has the right to defend itself against its enemies

Ukraine has the right to defend itself attack Russian military aircraft outside their territory.

NATO Secretary General Ens Stoltenberg said this after the Ukraine-NATO meeting of the 19th quarter, commenting on the downing of the Russian Tu-22M3.
