The Engadget edition named the 5 best mid-budget smartphones that can be bought in the spring of 2024

These are smartphones priced from $150 to $300 (5,900 to 12,000 hryvnias). OnePlus Nord N30 based on Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 5G, with 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB of ROM is recognized as the leader in this price category. The gadget is equipped with a high-quality 6.7-inch display at 120 Hz, a 5000 mAh battery with a fast charge of 50 W and an excellent camera with a resolution of 108 MP.

Samsung Galaxy A15 is on the second line. This is the perfect smartphone for the money: with a 6.5-inch sAMOLED screen with a frame rate of 90 Hz, a Helio G99 chip, 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of internal storage in the top configuration. The main drawback of Engadget is the boring design.

In third place is the Snapdragon 680-based Moto G Play (2024). The smartphone has a good 50 MP camera and IP52 protection. But the memory is not enough, only 64 GB. Instead, the price tag is about $150 (5,900 hryvnias).

Google Pixel 7a is in the fourth position. The smartphone has good autonomy, an excellent camera and stable software. However, the Tensor G2 chip is weak.

Nothing Phone (2a) is in place. It has the most interesting design in the mid-budget segment.
