Ukrainian chefs Hector Jimenez-Bravo and Olga Ryabenko shared a new interesting recipe with their subscribers. Lavash kebab is ideal for outdoor recreation.

  • Bulgarian pepper – 2 pcs;
  • Onion – 1 pc;
  • Parsley – 50 g;
  • Pork-beef mince – 1 kg;
  • Pavash – 2 pcs;

  • Salt, pepper.

Cooking process:

1. Dice pepper and onion. Chop the parsley.

2. Mix vegetables with minced meat, add parsley, salt and pepper.

3. Distribute the meat mass on the pita bread and roll it into a roll.

4. Cut the roll into portions.

5. String them on a skewer, as in the video.

6. Fry on hot coals until ready.
