Delicate dumplings with strawberries will bring you back to your childhood. This dish will remind you of summer at grandma's in the village.

See the cooking details on the YouTube page of chef Evgeny Klopotenko.

Vareniki with strawberries and mint – sweet, fluffy, like grandma's. We make the custard dough itself, because it turns out delicate and soft – what is needed for seasonal strawberries. And while we prepare dumplings, we talk with Timur Levchuk about equal rights in Ukraine, Russian propaganda and civil partnership, – says Klopotenko.

  • 200 ml of boiling water

  • < li>3 sprigs of mint

  • honey for serving
  • 200 g of sour cream
