Russia threatened the USA through drones over the Black Sea: how Washington can react

In Russia, they say that supposedly American drones flying over the Black Sea are transmitting the location of Russian military facilities to Ukraine. The Minister of Defense of the aggressor country instructed his military to counter US reconnaissance drones.

This was told by political technologist Mykhailo Sheitelman on Channel 24, noting that if Russia tries shoot down an American drone, it can be beneficial for Ukraine. He explained that there will be no losses in the USA because of this, because there are no pilots there.

Probable benefit for Ukraine

Sheitelman believes that if Russia every time it attacks US air targets, there is a possibility that Ukraine will receive additional weapons from its partners in response.

However, if the invaders regularly shoot down American drones, the USA will retaliate strikes on ships of the Black Sea Fleet of Russia,
– he assumed.

According to the political technologist, the United States of America, responding to Russia's actions, may use attack drones to attack Russian military facilities in Crimea.

It is important that on March 14 In 2023, a Russian Su-27 fighter jet shot down an American MQ-9 Reaper drone operating in international airspace over the Black Sea. The incident occurred after several attempts by Russian planes to intercept the drone. The US called the actions of the Russians dangerous and unprofessional, calling on them to behave responsibly.
