The American company will place warehouses with weapons in space

Inversion Space is working on a reusable capsule designed to store ammunition in space and deliver them to any point on Earth at the first request of the Pentagon.

&ldquo “We will store the cargo in space, and when it is needed, we will deliver it in less than an hour”,– said the co-founder and CEO of Inversion Space, Justin Fiaschetti.
According to him, reusable capsules can be used to store, in particular, medicines, combat equipment and small reconnaissance drones.

The first experimental mission of Ray in Inversion Space is planned launch in October. As part of it, the capsule will spend several weeks in orbit, after which it will enter the Earth's atmosphere at hypersonic speed and, with the help of parachutes, make a soft landing near the California coast.
