RAM’ DDR5 hasn't even become an unequivocal standard yet, since the same 14th generation Cores also support DDR4, but the JEDEC organization has already shared details about DDR6.
So, LPDDR6 memory will offer speeds from 10667 to 14400 Mbit/s and bandwidth capacity in the range from 28.5 to 38.4 Gbit/s.
As for DDR6, the standard has not yet been finalized, but JEDEC talks about the range from 8800 to 17600 Mbit/s or even up to 21 000 Mbps! That is, it is the GDDR6X level. DDR6 specifications should be approved by the second quarter of next year.
