Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky on Sunday, April 14, condemned Iran’s attack on Israel, calling for efforts to prevent further escalation of the Middle East conflict.
"Actions Iran threatens the entire region and the world – just as Russia's actions threaten a larger conflict, and the apparent cooperation of the two regimes in spreading terror must be met with a decisive and united response from all countries of the world",– stated the President of Ukraine on media platform X.
Let us recall that Iran supplied Russia with thousands of Shahed drones, which Russia uses to strike Ukraine, including to destroy infrastructure.
Zelensky renewed calls on Congress to pass legislation to provide new military aid to Ukraine and Israel.
"The world cannot wait for the debate to continue. Words don't stop drones or intercept missiles. Only tangible help", – he explained.
