Let's try a delicate, saturated, juicy sponge cake with poppy seeds, a mousse based on white yogurt with a refreshing lemon acidity. It is prepared very easily and does not require pastry skills.

Ingredients:

Poppy biscuit:

  • 200 g of eggs (4 pcs .)
  • 150 g of sugar (6 tbsp. with bitter)
  • 200 g of white thick yogurt (3% fat)
  • 150 g of flour (5 tbsp. bitter)
  • 8 g of baking powder (2 tsp)
  • 5 g of baking soda (1 tsp)
  • zest of one lemon
  • 200 g of poppy filling or 100 g of poppy seeds

Lemon-yoghurt mousse:

  • 100 ml of fresh lemon
  • 50 ml of water
  • peel of two lemons
  • 150 g of sugar (6 tablespoons with bitter)
  • 150 g of eggs (3 pcs.)
  • 15 g of gelatin (3 tsp)
  • 70 ml of water (for gelatin)
  • 50 g of butter (with a fat content of 82%)
  • 100 g of condensed milk
  • 350 ​​g of white thick yogurt (with a fat content of 3%)
  • 200 ml of cream (with a fat content of 30 -35%)
