Potato pie is a dish that will not take you much time to prepare. It is ideal for any meal, especially when you are in a hurry.

A Ukrainian chef of Colombian origin told subscribers a simple and appetizing recipe. Look for cooking details on his Instagram page.

Potato dishes, with any additives or fillings, are always tasty and filling. And to prepare such a cake with your own hands, you only need a few ingredients, said Hector.

Ingredients:

• Olive oil – 30 ml;
• Mixture of peppers – 3 g;
• Salt – 3 g;
• Rosemary – 2 sprigs;
• Potatoes – 500 g;
• Gruyere cheese – 150 g;
• Cream cheese with greens – 50 g;< br> • Egg – 1 pc;
• Puff pastry – 300 g.

Cooking process:

1. Cut the potatoes into circles, 1 cm thick, and boil.
2. Pour a little oil on the foil, add a mixture of peppers, salt, rosemary leaves, grated cheese and put boiled potatoes.
3. Roll out the puff pastry, spread with cream cheese, grated cheese and cover the potatoes.
4. Press the edges of the dough and brush with egg, bake at a temperature of 180° for 15-20 minutes.
