With the arrival of summer, everyone actively organizes picnics and barbecues. For diversity, you can try this version of the dish – cheese in dough on skewers, – writes Olga Ryabenko.

Ingredients:

• Suluguni or mozzarella cheese – 250 g;
• Cherry tomatoes – 150 g;
• Puff pastry – 1 sheet;
• Egg – 1 pc.

Cooking process:< /h4>

1. Cut the cheese into cubes of 3*3 cm. String the tomatoes and cheese alternately on a skewer.

2. Roll out the dough to a thickness of 0.5 cm and cut into strips.

3. Wrap the cheese with tomatoes in dough and seal the edges with water.

4. Brush with egg yolk.

5. Fry on low heat, turning constantly.
