  • Suluguni or mozzarella cheese – 250 g;
  • Cherry tomatoes – 150 g;
  • Puff pastry – 1 sheet;
  • Egg – 1 pc.

Cooking process:< /h4>

1. Cut the cheese into cubes of 3*3 cm. String the tomatoes and cheese alternately on a skewer.

2. Roll out the dough to a thickness of 0.5 cm and cut into strips.

3. Wrap the cheese with tomatoes in dough and seal the edges with water.

4. Brush with egg yolk.

5. Fry on low heat, turning constantly.

This is an ideal option for evening gatherings!
