I am sharing a recipe that will definitely diversify your everyday menu, – writes Olga Ryabenko.
Ingredients:
- Chicken thigh fillet – 3 pcs;
- Eggs – 3 pcs;
- Salt, pepper;
- Garlic – 10 g;
- Grated hard cheese (or Parmesan) – 50 g;
- Flour – 100 g;
- Parsley – 20 g.
Sauce:
- Chicken broth (or water) – 180 ml;
- Oil – 40 g;
- Garlic – 10 g;
- Lime (or lemon) juice – 1 tbsp. .l;
- Parsley – 10 g.
Cooking process:
1. Beat the meat, salt and pepper it.
2. Mix eggs with garlic, salt, pepper, parsley and grated cheese.
3. Roll the meat in flour, then in batter, and fry until golden.
4. Remove the meat from the pan.
5. Pour in the broth, add garlic, lime juice, chopped parsley and butter.
6. Return the meat to the pan and cook for another 10 minutes.
