A citizen of Kazakhstan was arrested in Russia for the words "Glory to Ukraine". He was placed in pre-trial detention center No. 13. This is reported by "Mediazona".
A court document with references indicates that a Kazakh citizen was arrested in the Sverdlovsk region of Russia on June 4 for liking a photo on the street. In the police station there was a man, like the court said on its website, waving his arms and shouting “Glory to Ukraine.”
Russian security forces filed a report against the man for gross hooliganism and a demonstration of “extremist” symbols. The court found a citizen of Kazakhstan guilty of two charges the following day after his arrest.
He was sentenced to a fine of 500 rubles and 13 days in a pretrial detention center. The man himself stated that he shouted “Glory to Ukraine” to the police department, because there was no evidence of alcohol abuse.
