Chef Volodymyr Yaroslavskyi shared the recipe on his Instagram. He noted that it is extremely easy to prepare garlic arrows.

Garlic arrows! It's seasonal, inexpensive, easy to make, and delicious. It is better to take the freshest and sweetest garlic cloves, slightly older ones will have to be stewed for 5 minutes longer,
– he noted.

How the chef prepares garlic cloves

1. There is a seed capsule on the arrows, which he tears off.
2. Next, he cuts it so that it is 4-6 centimeters long and washes it well.
3. He heats a pan with oil and adds the chopped arrows, salt and fry for about 5 minutes.
4. Adds a piece of butter, a couple of tablespoons of water, covers with a lid and stews for another 5 minutes.
