Spinach pancakes are ideal for every meal. After all, they are easy to prepare, but hearty and incredibly tasty.

The pancakes turn out to be extremely light and tender. And their preparation will not take much time.

I suggest you experiment and cook bright, healthy, tasty and very tender pancakes. They will be liked by absolutely everyone and will definitely surprise your loved ones, – writes Hector.


• Eggs – 2 pcs;
• Spinach – 50 g;
• Salt – 2 g;
• Pepper – 1 g;
• Flour – 30 g
• Oil – 30 ml;
• Milk – 80 ml;
• Cream cheese – 50 g;< br> • Tomato – 40 g;
• Avocado – 1 pc;
• Arugula – 20 g.

Method of preparation:

1. Break eggs into a glass, add spinach, salt/pepper, oil, flour and milk. Beat thoroughly to a homogeneous consistency.
2. Fry the pancakes in a well-heated pan for 40 seconds on each side.
3. Cut the pancake from the middle and divide it tentatively into 4 parts. Put the filling on each part: cream cheese + tomato + avocado + arugula.
