- Sugar – 120 grams;
- Cocoa – 45 grams;
- Milk – 120 grams;
- Cream – 100 grams;
- Oil – 100 grams;
- Baking agent – ½ teaspoon;
- Hazelnuts – a handful.
- Beat eggs with sugar, add milk, cream and oil.
- Add flour, cocoa and baking powder and mix until smooth. masses.
- Pour the dough into a slider bag, and line the cupcake molds with parchment.
- Cut a corner of the slider bag and distribute the dough among the molds.
