Ingredients:

  • Eggs – 2 pieces;

  • Flour – 140 grams;
  • Sugar – 120 grams;
  • Cocoa – 45 grams;
  • Milk – 120 grams;
  • Cream – 100 grams;
  • Oil – 100 grams;
  • Baking agent – ½ teaspoon;
  • Hazelnuts – a handful.

    >Preparation of cupcakes:

    1. Beat eggs with sugar, add milk, cream and oil.
    2. Add flour, cocoa and baking powder and mix until smooth. masses.
    3. Pour the dough into a slider bag, and line the cupcake molds with parchment.
    4. Cut a corner of the slider bag and distribute the dough among the molds.
    5. From above put hazelnuts.
    6. Bake at a temperature of 180° for 20-40 minutes (depending on the size of your cupcakes), and check readiness with a skewer.
