Deputy Minister of Defense for Digital Development Kateryna Chornogorenko said that soon it will not be necessary to visit the TCC and SP to receive a referral to the military medical commission. All these actions can be carried out through the “Reserve+” application, but only at the request of the citizen.

The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine plans to send electronic referrals to the military medical commission to citizens who are recognized as “limited fit”. Chornogorenko reported this on Suspilnoy air.

We are currently working and considering so that it is not necessary to physically go to the TCC and SP for referrals to the VLK, – Chornohorenko clarified. – In fact, with the person's consent, if they want, we can upload it to Reserve+.

She emphasized that this procedure will only be done with the person's consent. Citizens will have a choice: to receive a referral to the VLK in person during a visit to the Military Commissariat or through the Reserve+ application.

Chornogorenko noted that issuing a summons to the VLK is a formality. The initiative is aimed at reducing the burden on TCCs and avoiding additional queues. However, at the moment there is still no technical possibility to implement this process.

Let us remind you that a digital veteran's ID card appeared in Diya the day before. His appearance was announced on June 5 by the Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of Digital Transformation Mykhailo Fedorov.
