June 2024 will be marked by magnetic storms that can negatively affect the human body. These storms will also be felt in Ukraine. We have prepared for you a calendar of all the dates when the Earth's magnetic field will affect your well-being in June!
Several waves of magnetic storms await Ukrainians in June. Among themselves, they will differ in their activity. And they were told in more detail at the Space Weather Prediction Center of the US National Oceanographic and Atmospheric Agency (NOAA).

Please note that the month will begin with a low geomagnetic activity But at the end of the month, you should be prepared for a stronger magnetic storm.
From June 2 to 4 there will be weak magnetic storms.
Also June 10a weak magnetic disturbance should be expected.
The same applies to the period from June 28 to 30.
Instead, magnetic storms of medium intensity should be expected 15 and June 22.

Be careful all the time! Remember that during active magnetic storms, you need to take care of your health, protect your body from the sun and do everything to avoid exacerbation of chronic diseases, if you have them. Doctors also recommend reducing the amount of junk food and alcohol in the diet. By the way, light exercise can make you feel better!
