Cheesecake is a universal dessert that even an inexperienced housewife can prepare. However, every member of the family will definitely like it.
For making cakes, I choose this condensed milk, with a boy on the label. After all, it is a perfect basis for many desserts, – noted Hector.
Ingredients:
• Cookies for coffee – 350 g;
• Butter – 100 g;
• Cream cheese – 500 g;
• Cream 33% – 170 g;
• Condensed milk – 150 g;
• Gelatin – 15 g + water 60 g;
• Coconut shavings – 120 g.
Method of preparation:
1. Break the cookies into crumbs and mix with melted butter. Form the sides of the cheesecake and send it to the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
2. Fill the gelatin with water, let it stand for 5 minutes.
3. Mix cream cheese, cream, condensed milk and coconut shavings with a whisk. Add melted gelatin and mix to a homogeneous mass.
4. Transfer the mass to a cookie mold and leave it in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
