Forbes estimated Ronaldo's income at a record for football $285 million. Of these, $220 million comes from the club, and another $65 million comes from activities not related to football.
Forbes notes that among all the athletes that the magazine has followed since 1990, only boxer Floyd Mayweather was able to earn even more in one year.
The second place in the rating was taken by the forward of the American “Inter Miami” and the Argentine national team, Lionel Messi, with an income of $135 million.
