iOS 18 was presented on June 10 at the Apple developer summit WWDC'24. It received tons of new features, improvements, and updates.
Tons of new AI features, as well as improved customization and personalization came with the latest software update.
It was introducing a much smarter and more powerful Siri with artificial intelligence(only for iPhone 15 Pro/iPhone 15 Pro Max and newer models), although it is only compatible with the latest iPhones. Generative AI has also appeared in apps like Messages and others, while core apps like Mail, Messages, and Photos have been revamped. There's a new multi-page customizable Control Center, as well as custom app icons and color settings.
In addition to iOS, new versions of iPadOS, watchOS, macOS and visionOS were announced on stage. However, most of the attention will be on iOS, as it could potentially be the biggest software update for the iPhone in more than a decade.

The beta version of iOS 18 for developers is already out. The iOS 18 public beta, which is generally a bit more stable and bug-free, should be available in the coming weeks. iOS 18 will arrive on your iPhones in September 2024 along with the iPhone 16 lineup.

But let's emphasize once again that to use AI functions, you need to have an up-to-date iPhone 15 Pro and Pro Max. However, don't be in a hurry to be sad. Some, if not most, functions in the Ukrainian language will not work at the beginning. Therefore, perhaps it is not worth running out and buying a new smartphone.
