Ukrainian chef of Colombian origin Hector Jimenez-Bravo decided to prepare a tasty and appetizing tenderloin in bacon. He posted the details of the recipe on the Instagram social network.
Properly baked tenderloin will taste perfect at the festive table. And guests will definitely appreciate its incredible texture.
Ingredients:
• Tenderloin – 2 pcs.
• Butter – 50 g.
• Bacon – 150 g.
• Garlic – 3 cloves< br> • Mustard – 1 tsp.
• Salt – 1 tsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Mix adjika, salt and garlic. Coat the meat with this sauce.
2. Spread the foil and parchment, as in the video.
3. Lay the bacon on them and wrap the meat in it.
4. In the oven until fully cooked (through cut the foil for a while and let the meat brown).
