A Ukrainian chef of Colombian origin decided to prepare a juicy and tasty baked chicken. He shared the recipe on Instagram.

Baked chicken is the perfect option for a hearty lunch or dinner.

And baking a whole chicken, even in a sleeve, is a pleasure. Deco and oven remain clean, and the meat turns out juicy, aromatic and soft, – writes Hector.

Ingredients:

Marinade:

• Water – 4 cups;
• Soy sauce – ⅓ cup;
• Salt – 6 tsp;
• Sugar – 3 tsp;
• Anise – 2 stars ;
• Cloves – 3 stars;
• Bay leaf – 3 pcs;
• Sprite or pineapple juice – 1 cup;
• Whole chicken – 1 pc;

A mixture of spices:

• Oil – ¼ cup;
• Paprika – 0.5 tsp;
• Dry onion – 0.5 tsp;
• Dry garlic – 0.5 tsp;
• Mixture of spices – 0.5 tsp

Glaze:

• Honey – 2 tsp;
• Soy sauce – 1 tsp;
• Mixture of spices – 1 tsp.

Method of preparation:

1. Mix the ingredients for the marinade.
2. Marinate the chicken and leave it for 2-3 hours.
3. Dry with towels.
4. Mix the spices for the mixture.
5. Rub the chicken with spices.
6. Transfer to a sleeve and bake until golden at a temperature of 160° for 50 minutes.
7. Open the sleeve at the seam and grease with glaze.
8. Send to the oven to bake at a temperature of 220° for 10 minutes.
