The most delicious shrimp pasta in the world: recipe by Olga Ryabenko

For lovers of Italian cuisine, we have prepared an incredible pasta recipe. All family members will definitely like it.

You will only need half an hour to prepare this dish. So if you are very hungry, this recipe is just for you.

Ingredients:

  • Spaghetti – 300 g;

  • Shrimp – 400 g;

  • Carrot – 1 pc;

  • Onion – 1 pc;

  • Tomato paste – 1 tablespoon;

  • Parsley – 2 stalks (one for decoration);

  • Garlic – 2 cloves ;

  • Dry white wine – 100 ml;

  • Water – 200 ml;

    Olive oil;

  • Salt, pepper;

  • Thyme;

  • Paprika;

  • Cherry tomatoes – 3 pcs.

Cooking process:

1. Clean the shrimp from the head, shells and remove the intestines. Leave 3-4 shrimps unpeeled.

2. Cut carrots, onions and garlic into small cubes.

3. Pour olive oil into a saucepan, and when it boils, add shrimp shells, carrots, onions, garlic and parsley. Fry for 7-10 minutes. Then pour the wine.

4. Add salt, pepper, paprika, thyme and tomato paste. And cook until the liquid evaporates twice.

5. Then beat everything in a blender and strain through a sieve.

6. Return the sauce to the saucepan and cook for another 10 minutes. In 2 minutes, we lay out peeled and unpeeled shrimp.

7. Meanwhile, cook spaghetti in salted water. See the time on the package.

8. Then put the pasta in the sauce, add oil and mix everything well. Add fresh cherry tomatoes.
