Google introduced its first chip for data centers

Google announced the release of the new Axion processor, which is Google's first Arm-based processor specifically designed for data centers. Google announced this on its website.

According to Google, Axion runs faster than other Arm-based tools and x86-based virtual machines, giving it a competitive edge. Google already implements Axion in its services, such as BigTable and Google Earth Engine, and plans to expand it further.

It is noted that the company has been developing its own processors for a long time, but this is the first time that they are aimed at data centers .
