Most people are used to eating omelet or fried eggs for breakfast. In order not to get bored with standard cooking recipes, chef Hector Jimenez-Bravo came up with a new option.

Ukrainian chef of Colombian origin Hector Jimenez-Bravo decided to cook an omelet in the oven. See the recipe on his Instagram page.

The omelette is very easy to prepare, and it turns out lush, porous and juicy.

And it will definitely bring you back to your childhood with its taste and home aroma, – writes Hector.

Ingredients:

• Eggs – 5 pcs;
• Olive oil – 20 g;
• Spinach – 50 g;
• Pesto – 50 g;
• Cherries – 60 g;
• Black olives – 50 g;
• Cheese in brine – 50 g.

Method of preparation:

1. Cover the form with parchment.
2. Add spinach and beat eggs.
3. Add pesto, cherries, olives and mix.
4. Sprinkle cheese on top.
5. Bake for 15 minutes at a temperature of 180 °.
