The Lithuanian authorities are interested in some of Lukashenko's statements The Lithuanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs reports that it has handed a note of protest to the charge a.i. Affairs of Belarus to Yaroslav Khmel due to the aggressive statements of the Belarusian dictator.

On March 26, Lukashenko, during a conversation with one of the commanders of the Belarusian armed forces, threatened the Baltic countries and Poland and gave instructions to prepare the army for a possible confrontation.

The Lithuanian Foreign Ministry demanded that Belarus immediately provide an explanation for the statements of Lukashenko and stressed that Vilnius will “take all possible measures” to ensure the security, sovereignty and territorial integrity of the country.
