Spinach pancakes with with cream cheese and salmon

Chef Lisa Glinska told subscribers a simple and appetizing recipe for pancakes with spinach. Cook it at home and enjoy.

Friends, you can make such pancakes at least every day, combine them with both salty and sweet fillings. By the way, they are very tasty even just like that, without anything, – says Glinska.

Ingredients:

16 pancakes with spinach:

  • 100 g of eggs
  • 500 ml of milk
  • 200 g of flour
  • 30 ml of refined sunflower oil
  • 15 g of sugar
  • 2 g of salt
  • < li>100 g of spinach

  • 100 ml of water
  • 2 g of baking powder

Filling:

  • lightly salted salmon
  • cream cheese

Method of preparation:

1. Mix spinach, salt, sugar, eggs, 1/2 warm milk, oil and beat with a blender until smooth.

2. Add flour with baking powder, beat with a blender.

3. Add the remaining warm milk, warm water and mix.

4. Fry on a heated pan on both sides.

5. Grease the pancake with cream cheese, put a piece of salmon and twist it into a roll.
