A person lost his life Saturday morning on Route 291 in Saint-Épiphane, in the MRC of Rivière-du-Loup.

The driver, a sixty-year-old, was alone in his vehicle when he lost control and hit a tree on the side of the road shortly before 5 h. His death was noted on the scene.
