Zenek Martyniuk will not play at TVP's New Year's Eve concert. The musician revealed why

Zenek Martyniuk will not play at TVP's New Year's Eve concert. We know why?

As the “Pudelek” portal reminds us, this year's New Year's Eve party of Polish Television will not take place in Zakopane, but in Chorzów. This is not the only change. Zenek Martyniuk, who has been a regular at the event for several years, will also be absent from the TVP New Year's Eve concert stage. The musician revealed the reasons.

Zenek Martyniuk will not play at TVP's New Year's Eve party

When Jacek Kurski managed Telewizja Polska, Zenek Martyniuk regularly appeared at concerts organized by Telewizja Polska. He also performed at the New Year's Eve party organized by TVP in Zakopane. This year, the public broadcaster will organize a New Year's Eve concert in Chorzów.

TVP's New Year's Eve will be graced by performances by Andrzej Piaseczny, Michał Szpak, Tatiana Okupnik, and even bands Feel and Afromental. However, you won't find Zenek Martyniuk on the list of stars of the TVP concert. He will appear at the New Year's Eve party organized by the Polsat station.

It turns out that Martyniuk did not receive an invitation from the public broadcaster this year. “There was no offer from TVP, I play with Polsat, so I would not be able to play with TVP, even if they called. It was decided a long time ago that I would play with Polsat,” Zenek said in an interview with the “Plejada” portal.

Martyniuk won't lose on this change

In the same interview, Zenek Martyniuk emphasized that the change of the New Year's Eve concert performance will not negatively affect his salary. “We don't really talk about rates, but these are comparable things,” the musician added. He also announced that he is preparing a surprise for his fans.

According to information obtained by the “Pudelek” portal, Zenek Martyniuk will receive PLN 100,000 for his performance at Polsat's New Year's Eve Power of Hits. PLN
