You will never eat another one again: a recipe for delicious pork kebabs

The season of kebabs is in full swing. And this means that it's time to save cool and proven recipes for this delicious dish to please yourself and your loved ones.

Chef Oleksandr Ogorodnik told on his Instagram how to cook pork kebab. Save the recipe so you can treat yourself to something delicious on the weekend!


  • 1 kilogram of pork neck
  • 500 grams of onion
  • 300 grams of tomatoes
  • 1 clove of garlic (large)
  • 50 grams of salt
  • 25 grams of sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon of ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • 1 teaspoon of ground coriander
  • 0.5 liters of sparkling water

Preparing barbecue:

  1. Clean the meat from films and excess fat. Cut into cubes of 40-50 grams.
  2. Massage the onion with sugar and salt to release the juice.
  3. Combine the meat, onion, tomatoes, spices and pour mineral water. Mix everything together and mash the tomatoes. Cover with a plate so that the top is covered with the marinade.
  4. Marinate the meat for 3 hours or overnight.
