Chef Oleksandr Ogorodnik told on his Instagram how to cook pork kebab. Save the recipe so you can treat yourself to something delicious on the weekend!
Ingredients:
- 1 kilogram of pork neck
- 500 grams of onion
- 300 grams of tomatoes
- 1 clove of garlic (large)
- 50 grams of salt
- 25 grams of sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon of ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- 1 teaspoon of ground coriander
- 0.5 liters of sparkling water
Preparing barbecue:
- Clean the meat from films and excess fat. Cut into cubes of 40-50 grams.
- Massage the onion with sugar and salt to release the juice.
- Combine the meat, onion, tomatoes, spices and pour mineral water. Mix everything together and mash the tomatoes. Cover with a plate so that the top is covered with the marinade.
- Marinate the meat for 3 hours or overnight.
