Ukrainian chef and restaurateur Hector Jimenez-Bravo decided to prepare an appetizing affair. He posted the details of the recipe on Instagram.

Tender chicken fillet, juicy vegetables and crispy bacon create a unique tandem that will become your favorite, writes Hector.

Ingredients:

• Bacon – 200 g;

• Chicken fillet – 500 g;

• Potatoes – 300 g;< /p>

• Tomatoes – 200 g;

• Onion – 100 g;

• Salt, pepper – to taste.

Method of preparation:

1. Put the bacon in the form so that it can cover the filling.

2. Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces. Cut the potatoes, tomatoes and onions into rings.

3. Place pieces of chicken fillet in a mold. Add a layer of potatoes on top, salt and pepper. Next, lay out the tomatoes and onions.

4. Wrap the filling in bacon.

5. Bake in the preheated oven until golden, about 30-40 minutes.
