The story of artist Pavlina Zholobak was told by Suspilne Ivano-Frankivsk.

Pavlina Zholobak embroiders without glasses every day. The pensioner has four sons, 10 grandsons and granddaughters, 15 great-grandsons and great-granddaughters, one great-great-grandson and one great-great-granddaughter.

For each grandmother, she embroidered a shirt, and for some – wedding towels. Now she is waiting for her 16th great-grandchild and is preparing to embroider a shirt for him.

Everyone says that you will be blind, you will not be able to see. I won't. And now I see and embroider, says the woman.

The woman became interested in embroidery in the second grade, when she was eight years old.

Mom was embroidering a shirt, and I am mom, mom, and I want to embroider. My mother gave me a thread, and I began to embroider slowly. I immediately started embroidering a flower… I drive to graze cattle, and I take it with me to embroider. My mother didn't even see it, – the woman recalls.

She embroidered not only for the family, but also for the church, she even embroidered felon – priest's clothes. Her towels are in Pochaevskaya Lavra, in Goshov, in Dnipro. A woman invents patterns herself. He embroiders a shirt in two weeks or more – since he makes small crosses, he has to “peck”. png” alt=”Works without glasses: a 93-year-old craftswoman embroiders shirts for her whole family” />

But when seasonal work begins, the favorite thing has to be postponed. At the age of 93, the woman still works in the garden, goes to church every Sunday, and after the service prepares dumplings with potatoes and cheese for her relatives.

I do everything, except what I don't feel. As a person moves, veins develop and blood circulates. I know by myself. Try to do and you will be healthy, – adds the embroiderer.

The secret of her longevity, the woman believes, is in constant movement. So he advises to work physically and not to sit still for a long time.
