< p > According to judicial materials, the accused, which is a native of the Smolensk region of the Russian Federation, but has the citizenship of Ukraine, seeking to “help” to the villagers and residents of the Vladimir district to evade mobilization, decided to interfere with the activities of the employees of the Tax Code and JV. Being an administrator of the thematic group “Christmas carols” with 1 622 subscribers in the Viber messenger, the person involved published a message there about the location of servicemen and carrying out mobilization measures. < h2 > court decision

< p > The accused repented and concluded an agreement with the prosecutor to recognize guilt. She was sentenced to five years in prison, but was replaced by a sentence of a year of exam.
