How to Make Banana Peel and Honey Fertilizer That Will Make Your Orchid Bloom Like Crazy?
Like all houseplants, orchids need a few basic things to survive. Water, light, food, and the right temperature and humidity levels. Taking care of these things early on will ensure that your precious plant will live a long time!
The grower recommends using banana peels, which contain potassium, and garlic, which stimulates root growth, to make an organic fertilizer.
*banana peel;
*garlic clove;
*500 ml boiling water water;
*1 teaspoon of honey;
*400 ml of water;
*2 liters of water to dilute the infusion.
Chop the banana peel and garlic, put them in a jar and pour boiling water over them. Set aside for six hours. Dissolve the honey in the water, pouring it into a separate container. Strain the infusion and mix it with the honey water. Add 2 liters of water to the concentrate.
Water the orchids with liquid fertilizer twice a week. In addition, the breeder recommends wiping the leaves of the plant with water and honey, which not only helps to clean them from dirt, but also helps to restore damaged orchids to health, as well as build green mass.
