WhatsApp and Telegram messengers introduce new rules that will change access to services

In the coming hours, WhatsApp and Telegram will undergo major changes regarding chat and group deletion settings. The updates will take effect on January 25, and users should be very careful.

What you should know

Telegram will begin automatically deleting chats and groups if they have been set to disappear on their own after a certain time. For example, if the deletion option is selected after one day, the chat will disappear without warning after this period. This means that important information can be lost without you even noticing.

The same feature will be coming to WhatsApp, and users should be careful not to lose critical data due to a settings error. These changes can change the way you usually communicate via messengers, so it is better to check your settings regularly and be prepared for such automatic changes to avoid unwanted consequences.
