I adore fish, especially cooked on a bonfire. Today we share with you a recipe for delicious fish that melts in your mouth, writes Olga Ryabenko.

Ingredients:

  • Mackerel – 2 pcs;
  • Smoked paprika – 1 tsp;
  • Ground black pepper;
  • Salt;
  • Garlic – 4 cloves;
  • Juice of ½ lemon;
  • Oil – 150 ml;
  • Spice for barbecue (optional )

Cooking process:

1. Clean the mackerel and cut it into pieces. Cut out the backbone and remove the bones.

2. To prepare the marinade, mix all the ingredients.

3. Place the fish in a slider bag or in a container with a lid, pour marinade, mix and leave for 30 minutes. In the meantime, you can make a fire.

4. String the marinated fish on a skewer and bake until ready, on hot coals.
