The ideal recipe for a quick dinner is appetizing trout baked with vegetables and lemon. Just 20 minutes in the oven and tender and juicy fish with vegetables will be ready.

Ukrainian chef and restaurateur Yevhen Klopotenko decided to share with subscribers the recipe for an appetizing dinner. He prepared baked trout with vegetables.

This delicate dish is perfect for dinner or a hearty lunch. And its preparation will take you only 20 minutes.

Ingredients:

  • Rainbow trout: 2 pcs.
  • Leek onion: 1 pc.
  • < li>Carrots: 2 pcs.

  • Oil: 2 tbsp. l
  • Green peas (c/m): 100 g
  • Salt: 1 tsp
  • Lemon: 1/2 pc.
  • < li>Butter: 50 g (can be replaced with lean)

Method of preparation:

1. Wash the trout, remove the scales, remove the entrails and gills.

2. Clean and cut into rings the leek and carrot. Thaw peas.

3. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Cover the baking sheet with foil, grease with oil.

4. Put the vegetables on the foil, add butter, put the trout on top, add salt.

5. Wrap the fish in foil, bake for 20 minutes at 180°.
