Zucchini cutlet with cheese

In the summer, you want something particularly tasty, light and unusual. I just have a new recipe for you: incredibly tasty zucchini cutlets, – writes Hector.
Ingredients:
• Zucchini;
• Flour;
• Breadcrumbs;
• Cheese;
• Pepper, salt.
Method of preparation:
1. Grate the zucchini on a fine grater and squeeze out the moisture.
2. Add flour, breadcrumbs, cheese and salt and pepper and mix.
3. Form cutlets, putting cheese inside.
4. Fry on a heated pan until golden on both sides.
