Ingredients:

  • Beef – 400 g;

  • Pasta – 250 g;

  • Mushrooms – 150 g;

  • Onion – 1 pc;

  • Garlic – 2 cloves;

  • Dried basil – 1 tsp;

  • Paprika – 2 teaspoons;

  • Bullion or water – ½ glass;

  • Mustard – 1 tbsp;

  • Philadelphia – 150 g;

  • Fresh parsley;< /p>

  • Salt, pepper;

  • Oil – 40 g.

Cooking process:

1. Cut the meat into thin pieces, season with salt and pepper.

2. On a heated pan, quickly fry the meat 5 times until golden and set aside.

3. Prepare the sauce in the same pan. Cut the onion, garlic and mushrooms. Fry everything in oil. Add spices, pour broth and Philadelphia cheese. It is good to mix everything.

4. Put boiled pasta and meat in a pan.

5. Cook for another 1-2 minutes. Serve with fresh parsley.
