Two Ukrainians face life imprisonment for sabotage at Ukrzaliznytsia ordered by Russian internet curators

The prosecutor's office accuses two men from the city of Merefa of sabotage against the infrastructure of Ukrzaliznytsia to disrupt the supply of equipment to the front.

This was reported by the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor's Office.

According to the investigation, unemployed men aged 27 and 30 set fire to the battery cabinets of the alarm, centralization and blocking systems at Ukrzaliznytsia.

They carried out these sabotages on the orders of Russian special services, which offered them «jobs» through a popular messenger.

The defendants were detained in August of this year. They are currently in custody. They face imprisonment for a term of fifteen years or life imprisonment with confiscation of property.
