Although stolen or lost property is usually found with the help of AirTags, in this case two different Apple products came in handy – a pair of AirPods and an iPhone. If the Ferrari owner hadn't forgotten his AirPods and the suspect hadn't left behind his iPhone, the police might not have solved the situation so quickly.
