Declassified characteristics of Vivo S19 series smartphones

Vivo will introduce the Vivo S19 smartphone series and the Vivo Watch GT smart watch in China.

According to official information, the Vivo S19 series is designed to be thin and light, with a good battery life. The case will be 7.19 mm thick. Battery technology provides an energy density of 809 Wh/l. Vivo S19 will be equipped with a 6000 mAh battery, and Vivo S19 Pro — with a 5500 mAh battery. Both will offer 80 W fast charging. The Vivo S19 series will provide up to 145 hours of continuous music playback and can operate in temperatures down to -20℃.

Both phones are expected to feature a 6.78-inch OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a separate with a capacity of 1.5K, Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 and Dimensity 9200+ chips, respectively. Both models will run on OriginOS 4 c Android 14. They will come in configurations of 12 GB + 256 GB, 12 GB + 512 GB, 16 GB + 256 GB and 16 GB + 512 GB.

The Vivo S19 series will be equipped with a 50-megapixel Samsung JN1 front camera with autofocus. The base model is attributed with a main camera with a main 50-MP Samsung GNJ sensor and an 8-MP secondary sensor. The Pro model will get a main camera with a main 50-MP Sony IMX920 sensor with OIS, an 8-MP ultra-wide-angle sensor, a 50-MP telephoto lens IMX816.
