Terrorist country Russia is actively using electronic warfare technologies to interfere with Starlink signals in Ukraine. The Russian military is using jamming systems to reduce the efficiency of the Starlink network, which provides Internet communication in Ukraine.
Starlink, consisting of thousands of satellites in low orbit, has become key to communications in Ukraine, especially during the war. Russia uses jamming systems, such as Tirada-2, to suppress satellite communications, which creates significant problems for the Ukrainian military and civilian population. They are capable of creating interference on the frequencies used by Starlink, making the normal functioning of the network impossible.
Ukraine, for its part, is working on developing methods to counter these attempts, including new encryption technologies and adaptive systems to minimize impact of obstacles.
