I love this season for the incredible amount of fresh vegetables from which you can prepare various delicious dishes, – says Olga.
Ingredients:
- Zucchini (or zucchini) – 2 pieces (medium );
- Eggs – 2 pcs;
- Hard cheese – 120 g;
- Corn flour – 50 g (or wheat);
- Green onion;
- Salt, pepper – to taste;
- Dried garlic;
- Oil.
Cooking process :
1. Grate zucchini on a coarse grater. Strongly squeeze out all the liquid.
2. Add eggs, chopped onion, grated cheese, flour and spices and mix everything.
3. Grease the waffle iron with oil. Fry until golden.
4. It can be served with cream cheese, sour cream, or a sauce based on natural yogurt and a small amount of garlic.
