A resident of Khmelnytskyi region distributed narcotics and psychotropic substances in various areas of the regional center by laying out “bookmarks”. The person involved ordered “goods” in Telegram channels and searched for “clients” in the same messenger. Currently, the perpetrator is in a temporary detention facility. Investigators are preparing a report of suspicion for him.
Operatives of police department No. 1 of the Vinnytsia district administration exposed a 19-year-old offender. Molodyk showed law enforcement officers several places where he managed to hide drugs. He also had more than half a hundred plastic bags with PVP salts and 26 – with amphetamine, which he planned to spread around the city.
The investigation established that the suspect came to Vinnytsia to distribute drugs and psychotropic substances. Previously, he was already prosecuted for similar crimes.
The police sent the confiscated prohibited substances for examination.
The investigation is conducting a pre-trial investigation. The sanction of the article provides up to 10 years of imprisonment with confiscation of property.
