Ingredients for 500 grams of couscous:
- onion – 1 piece
- carrot – 1 piece
- bell pepper – 1 piece
- green peas – 100 grams
- garlic – 2 cloves
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/3 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 bay leaves
- about 2 tablespoons of oil for frying
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- 600 grams of water
